Hello Jeff , We just added our son to our auto insurance yesterday. We came into your new office in LM Juliet, and it is very nice. Allison Fox helped us walked us through all the savings we could capture. The cost of adding my son was low to add a young teenage male. Which made my wife and I very happy. Allison was very helpful, kind, and funny to talk to. I have worked with her before, but it has been years since I walked in the office to meet with her. I wanted you to know I think Allison is wonderful and is a great pleasure to work with. The level of customer service Allison provided was great to see firsthand. I'm in customer service and can spot a great team member from a mile away and that is what you have with Allison.

If you are moving to the area and need insurance, definitely go to them!! Charma helped me with the setup, and she is so kind and patient! She is very knowledgable and communicated well, which was fantastic because I had a lot of questions. I was nervous about setting up insurance, but Charma did an amazing job and answered any concerns I had. Thank you so much for getting rid of some of the stress from moving!!

Dalton White is the man to go see for all your insurance needs! He helped us get an affordable rate by bundling our homeowners, auto and travel trailer insurance. Very responsive and helpful answering all of our questions! Would highly recommend!

Crystal at Jeff Gannon's office is awesome! She's very sweet & patient. She helped me do exactly what I needed & wanted to with my auto insurance, as well as renter's insurance. She also gave my daughter a planner & pen, which made her day! I would recommend this office to everyone!
